What about a school choice system that offers the choice to all but 1 student. This student is new to the system and was not given the option to attend the school of his choice, the school with the better educational standards, the school that is closest to his home and the school which is most like the school from which he came and thrived with a GPA of 4.25. The school system is using my son's ability to help our thei troubled school. The disperaity between the two when test scores are compared is more than 20%. WHAT SCHOOL CHOICE DOES HE HAVE? We are forced to either, accept the sentance, enroll in a private school, or move to a different school district. Any suggestions?
