Recently, I had a desire for sorbet so I went to the store to buy a small container just for me. I quickly noticed that the brand that I usually get came in a sugar free version. As usual I read the label and did not find anything out of the ordinary–but wait…Splenda? I’ve heard of it and seen it on the sugar aisle, but never used it personally. I thought about it for a little while and decided to go for it. Something inside was already telling me that this was a bad move. More »
