Sir,
I would like to complain about my washer which was purchsed from Sears on April 20, 2001 - a part broke on this machine; your repairman was at our house on Tuesday, and indicated he would have to order the broken part..it will take a week! This is unacceptable…I wash every single day…especially with a 16 yr. old grandson living with us!
Sir, I know you wouldn’t be at the “top” if it weren’t for your smart decisions, which brings me to state that why didn’t Sears just replace this washer with a brand new one, instead of spending thousands just to prove that it could be repaired..Sir, where is the logic to this?
It sure is a sad world today - they don’t make the products like they used to - only 5 yrs. old! With the high technology today - forget it!
I’ve been washing clothes by hand every day…I refuse to go to a laundry mat…Sir, I am “old fashion,” and I am not comfortable going to a laundry mat where everyone washes their clothes - no way.
Could you please explain why they didn’t replace this washer?
Thanks so much!
