    MAYBE I MISUNDERSTOOD THE PURPOSE OF THE AMBER ALERT.HOW COME AN AMBER ALERT WAS NOT ISSUED FOR THIS MISSING CHILD? OR IS IT BECAUSE SHE IS A MINORITY?

    Out here in CA, I have seen Amber alerts issued for at least 3 black children in the last two months.

    The real question you should be asking is why is OUR outrage for these cases only reserved for mainly cases where the person doing the kidnapping is white.
