Look at the people in the picture and how they are dressed. Islam even at its worse has issues with showing your body. Even in the beheading that have been shown or the torture they have shown the people a have been fully clothed. 2. Those in Islam that would torture would reserve that torture for the infidels (usually american white men) the people in these pictures are not white men. 3. The Qur’an teaches the punishments that are appropriate and therefore it is unlikely that this type of torture would be recommended. Instead they would be required to proclaim Allah as there God and refusal would lead to death. 4. Then the language thing. I am not saying that Al Qaeada didn't produce this document. .
