I was born and raised in Baltimore (though I no longer live there). It pains me to see blacks anywhere falling to such a disease when clearly the word has been out there.
Prostitution, sodomy, drug needles and promiscuity all help to spread HIV/AIDS. It’s not like they have not gotten the word. It appears that many of them are so hopeless that they don’t care anymore.
Keep in mind that Baltimore has one of the highest homicide rates in the nation and the school system is now in the gutter.
